He was born December 2, 1997 in Cape May Court House, New Jersey to Toni Young and Nathan Neill. Jason was a 2016 graduate of Greater Johnstown High School. He was a talented artist and loved music. He was driven to succeed and had plans to do so. His senseless murder caused an unspeakable loss which will resonate throughout not only his family, but all his friends and the community. He is predeceased by father, Nathan Neill, and eldest brother Jeremy Neill. Survived by sister Holly Neill Michaels who raised him, and with whom he resided. Also survived by sister Ruby Broughton, brothers Jeffrey Neill, and Drew Neill, and grandmother Crystal Johns; along with a host of other family members, and friends.
